Shipping Policy

Pools Oasis manufactures and ships custom galvanized and stainless steel pool frames throughout the United States.
All products are made to order and typically ship within 5 – 14 business days after production is complete.
Shipping times may vary depending on the size of your order, customization requirements, and destination.

We partner with reliable freight carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location can accommodate freight trucks and unloading equipment.

If your order arrives damaged, please inspect the shipment immediately and note any damages on the carrier’s delivery receipt. Notify us within 48 hours at riley@brmworks.com to begin the claims process.


Return Policy

Because each pool frame is custom-manufactured to fit your project, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.

In the rare case of manufacturing defects or shipping damage:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Provide photos and a description of the issue.
3. Our team will assess the claim and, if approved, arrange for repair, replacement, or other appropriate solutions.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation. After this period, production begins, and cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at 605-690-2909 if you need to cancel an order.
